Elyse Bruce: Art and Photography

Since childhood, the Arts have been Elyse's passion: music, art, dance, writing, photography, acting, creating.  Her latest piece entitled "New Normal" is based on a comment her young son made about how a medical diagnosis impacts on one's life.  Rather than lament the fact that his life was forever changed by a diagnosis of Myasthenia Gravis -- her son also has Asperger Syndrome -- he pointed out that every time something changes in life, it creates a "new" normal for that person and everyone affected by that change.  To view more art and photography by Elyse Bruce, click on the Elyse Bruce page.

Thomas D. Taylor: Art and Photography

Thomas D. Taylor has been drawing and painting for over 30 years.  His artwork embellishes subjects via absence of shadow, vibrancy or colors, and smooth, small brushstrokes.  His acrylic on canvas paintings range from modern and abstract to surreal, but all fall under the art form he has coined "Precise Impressionism."  He is also an accomplished photographer.  He is the official visual artist for all the "Midnight In Chicago" artwork including the album cover artwork on all MIC CDs.  To view more art and photography by Thomas D.
